During my career in education I established two schools, and authored a book highlighting teaching flaws within the education system.
Whatever the problems, it became clear that it is usually also necessary to handle the inadequate communication skills within the family. This led to my starting a family counselling practice.
There is a better chance of resolving major family issues if the communication is of a high quality.

My book on education talks about some flaws in our education system. Students who fall behind in studies are often treated as having a disorder, when in fact this is usually a teaching error, not a psychological disorder. The book contains guidelines so parents can begin to rectify the problems children are faced with in schooling. Interestingly, teachers also benefit from the insights offered by the book.
